Imagine a state of Israel that was a model of justice and righteousness for the nations. A state which continued in the line of Abraham (Beresheit 18:19), and brought forth the world envisioned by Yeshayahu (49:6, 42:6, and 60:3) where the nation of Israel is the paradigm of a properly functioning society (Yeshayahu 11:6, 65:25 and Yirmiyahu 5:6). This is the state Rabbi Ratzon Arusi and his foundation Halikhot Am Yisrael have been working to create for over 20 years. The goal is to create an infrastructure to connect and expose the nation to its legal roots, and thus guarantee overtime a more genuine and more appropriate connection between the state and Judaism.
